Northeast Detectives Division is looking to identify the suspect for a fraud in Oxford Circle.

On March 11, 2014, at 1:00pm, while the complainant, a 94 year-old-male who is a World War II Veteran, was in the parking lot of Walgreen's located at 7201 Castor Avenue and unknown male approached him telling him that his wheel on his vehicle was wobbling. The suspect told the complainant that he had the part to fix his vehicle but would cost a large sum of money. The suspect then drove the complainant to his bank located at 7300 Castor Avenue to withdraw the money. After taking the complainant's money the suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description: White or Hispanic male, thin build, wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, and bluejeans with faded spots in the front and rear.
