Chatter Creeks lodge is eighty kilometers off the grid. It's quite a challenge to heat four large buildings and provide hot water and a hot tub for sixty people on a cold winter night. To do so, we use two large wood stoves situated outside the lodge. In this episode, Caimin explains what it takes to provide the approximately three hundred cords of firewood needed each winter up in the mountains.
"Chatter Creek Behind the POW" is a series of short webisodes showing what goes on behind the scenes at our catskiing lodge high up in the Canadian Rockies. Sometimes funny, sometimes intense and even educational; this webisode will showcase the work and people that are behind getting those epic faceshots.
