Glad he is now a member of the Wild
Just the thought that he has potentially played his last game as a Sabre, along with Miller, makes me upset.
Kinda weird how he turned 22 in his rookie season. I wonder if he regrets entering the draft late. Even though it did increase his chances but still
That's a pretty shitty list of 1st rd players selected by Sabres. Obviously Vanek worked out though. Especially this season. Dude's playing possessed.
Lets Go Buffalo! Vanek is a beast!
VANEK! One of the greatest Gopher's I have gotten to see in my short life play (I'm 20). Bjugstad will be on that stage next year :)
2nd in NHL scoring so far this season. Keep it up Thomas. You are a superstar
vanek had his best years when drury and briere were here. Every other's team checking line went up against the briere line, and drury's line went up against other team's best line. So roy, vanek, and afinogenov were basically one of the sickest 3rd lines u could have. Once those guys were gone and vanek became "the man", he started slipping. He's still a great player no doubt but for that much money he should be putting up numbers like he had earlier.
One of the best snipers ever to lace a Sabres uniform. Can be streaky, but has four 30-goal seasons in his first 6.
@Gamastar1 i said the same thing yesterday oddly enough haha
