Today I continue from yesterdays raspberry wine making by crushing the raspberries, adding sugar, water and various ingredients. Recipe to follow.
Please note I made a mistake, I should have added 12 pints of cold water before adding the yeast. I did this 24 hrs later and took another sg reading which was 1040, so to put things right and increase the % of wine I have mixed 1lb of sugar into the mix.
