background: Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, the Netherlands is the largest marine mammal park in Europe. It operates under a license for an animal park. This program investigates claims of animal abuse and argues that the Dolfinarium is in fact a circus. Since 2015 circusses in the Netherlands are not allowed to keep wild animals, such as dolphins. Therefore the Dolfinarium shouldn't have permission to keep dolphins.
