I recorded my self on day 1 of a 7DRL challenge to test what Richard Buckland of the UNSW said, as well as to show folks the initial development of a program.
In the end, I think I've proven why programming isn't a spectator sport. It is interesting to watch the code develop, but I don't know if my face described the range of emotion that Richard Buckland described. Then again, maybe I did. What do you think?
7DRL stands for 7 Day RogueLike. The challenge is to make an adventure game in less than 7 days. I went with traditional ASCII graphics in mine.
