Green MP David Clendon answers questions from the audience around cut courses, funding free education, PBRF and the Green Party priorities in coalition talks:
- Do you support moves to get programmes that have been cut at Victoria University (Gender studies and some International Relations, Crime and Justice Research Centre) back in place?
- Looking towards free education, how are the Greens going to pay for that?
- You spoke about PBRF and some of the perverse incentives that creates for universities and academics -- do you have anything that would replace it or trim the edges off that create the bad outcomes?
- In any coalition talks or confidence and supply talks how important is tertiary education for the Green Party and are there any specific policies which you might want to get out of those agreements from either of the major parties?
