Hey, I am Katie Cikler single mom of 5 kids. This is MY Beachbody transformation video. I learned how to fuel my body with good nutrition and fitness. Shakeology helped me to keep my Nutrition on track by cutting cravings for soda and sweets which was what I fueled my body on before.
