How to Brew In A Bag, an all grain brewing method that does not require sparging, and is therefore cheaper and faster than traditional fly / batch sparging, creating beer that is just as tasty!

Chocolate Oatmeal Stout Recipe:
10lb ESB Base Malt
1/2lb Roasted Barley
1/2lb Crystal 120
1/8lb chocolate malt
3/4lb rolled quaker oats - roast @ 400F for 15 min

3oz Fuggles hops 4.8
White Labs English Ale Yeast

Strike temp of 161F
Mash in bag at 153F for 1hr and 15 min

Hop Schedule:
2oz at boil
1oz at 50 min

Pitch yeast at 70F
4 days in primary fermenter
3 weeks secondary fermenter

FG 1012
