Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan health coach, Angie Jenkins, shows how to make a salad, healthy lasagna and garlic bread.

Here are the ingredients needed to make the recipe:

16 ounces sirloin beef (97/3), lean or extra lean ground chicken breast or turkey breast
6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 - 8can spaghetti sauce (any type, any flavor)
8 ounces non or low fat cottage cheese
1 of each of the following: yellow, red, orange and green pepper
4 cloves of garlic (more or less to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper (more or less to your taste)
1 tsp Oregano (more or less to your taste)
Pinch of salt (less if you have high blood pressure)
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
