Is there something you're doing that isn't serving you?

Are you drinking more coffee, hanging out online or watching more TV than you know you should?

Well - if that's the case, come and join me as I take a month to take a break from my once a day, but very strong cup of coffee.

Why am I doing it?

I do this a few times a year to give my body a break from caffeine, to strengthen my mindset and most of all, to listen to my intuitive voice. My body is telling me to take a break from this thing and guess what, I'm gonna listen!

In this video I explain how it's all going to roll and offer a challenge to get you in the mood. And the cool thing is that this doesn't have to be coffee - you can substitute whatever habit you are ready to loosen the shackles on.
