Full Title: Dealing with the Unexpected--Management of Congenital Cataract with Phacoemulsification in a Patient with Persistent Hyaloid Artery.

To show an approach to a difficult case where a 4 year old patient underwent phacoemulsification, with IOL placement, for a congenital cataract, in an eye with a persistent Hyaloid Artery.

Abstracts were submitted to WOC2016 as free papers, videos, instruction courses, and posters. ​

Videos were required to be 1 to 5 minutes in length and addressed one of the following:
- Presentation of a new examination, investigation, or technique.
- Presentation of an interesting case and how it was managed.

WOC2016 attendees were able to vote for their favorite videos.
