Mugen Lei-Lei #8: Victor

This is my 120th Mugen video.
Lei-Lei goes for her 8th Darkstalkers opponent: Professor Victor von Gerdenheim.
Victor is made by CNGSOFT, and he's very overpowered. Even his basic attacks do major damage. I must to lower his attack to 60 for more fair fight, he's still way too strong.
This is going to be a tough fight.
I play as Lei-Lei.
