*More accurately, Solfed and the IWW can help bring about increased worker control of work places if many more people join them. Both organisations are very small at the moment, limiting their effectiveness. Also, Solfed is not a union but a "radical union initiative" which "fight[s] for better pay and conditions" at workplaces.
