You know me, 27-years of automotive retail had turned me into somebody larger than life...literally! But those days are gone!

Hi, Im Ted Ings, and I lost 33 pounds on the Auto University weight loss program!

Lets go to the highlightsI used to be a dealership Service Advisor who sat at my desk and wrote orders. I never got out of my chair!

Then I found that by getting on my feet and walking, I actually increased my metabolism and therefore burned more calories, reducing my weight!

Guys.You can do this!

By spending more time on the drive with your customers, youll lose weight, feel great and reduce the number of keystrokes thereby reducing carpel tunnel syndrome!

Oh, I forgot one more thing: This also works to cure Service Managers who let us skip key-parts of the process, by not watching us. When the Service Manager is out of their chair and on the drive, their performance improves too.
