Woo~Hoo it feels so good to be back to my YouTube Workouts I hope this inspires you to get stared again. The one thing I noticed from being sick is it takes some time coming back so just be patient with yourself wherever you are you can start. Just listen to your body. Ok here we go....Welcome back to Week16 Workout dedicated to all of us getting back into Bikini Beach Body Ready in this workout we are going to do some biceps curls then doing some chest press then integrate the two together then go into anterior delt raises do one side at a time, make sure you use your breathing then do some squats remember to drive out of your heels then go into a lunge one leg at a time then keep your shoulders nice and strong by doing some overhead triceps keeping you core nice and strong. I am so excited to be back I hope you all enjoy your workouts. Also cut dairy this week, cut fruit to every 3rd day, respond to a craving with a protein. Love and Light to you, Kita www.kitafit.com
