Aborder un projet résidentiel fait appel à l'ensemble des compétences d'un expert de l'aménagement et de la conception d'espaces, mais surtout à un élément clé : la sensibilité. C'est la clé de voute de ce projet unique : Lili's Garden. L'enjeu était de créer à partir d'un ancien corps de ferme en ruine, un espace où le vivre ensemble rime avec douceur et harmonie. En employant uniquement des matériaux naturels, en mettant en scène les espaces communs et les jardins, en travaillant chaque unité jusque dans ses moindres détails. Le résultat, par son design, est surprenant de modernité, d'exotisme et s'érige comme une bulle paisible au coeur d'un des plus anciens quartiers de Luxembourg.
Tackling a residential project calls on all the skills of an expert in both the management and the concept of space; but requires above all a key element: sensitivity. This is the key-stone of the unique project - Lili's Garden. The challenge was to take a ruined old farm building and create a space where communal living goes handin- hand with serenity and harmony. This was achieved by using solely natural materials, by showcasing communal spaces and gardens, and by attentively designing and constructing each individual unit down to the smallest detail. The result, by its design, is a study of modernity, of the exotic, and stands out like a bubble of calm in the heart of one of the oldest districts of the city.
