Along with thousands of others of people I have returned my faulty iPad 2 - when I called tech support they said that the issue was likely caused by the software and a restore would resolve the issue. It did not. They further advised that this is not the perviously seen "glue" issue
Rather disgusted with their lack of quality with most of their latest products and shocked by the fact that the company has not made an official statement about the issue.
