This is about as good as it's gonna get. The one on here (which I think comes from the same source) was most likely reuploaded directly to youtube, resulting in interlacing artifacts, and motion blurring.

I deinterlaced the video the correct way, although there is some shaking. Also, the original video is 60fps.
