An easy solution to prevent accidental falling of the EOAT from the robot. 3 kinds of safety: mechanical thanks to the spring actuated lock, electrical thanks to the magnetic sensor and electronic thanks to the inductive sensor.
• It avoids accidentally falling of the EOAT. • Mechanical safety: it locks the handle of the quick changer, only when correctly engaged. • Electric safety: it outputs an electric signal, only when locked, the signal will allow the robot run. • In case of a non-correct engagement, or a destructive crash on the LOQC, or an electric fault of the sensor, the output signal drops out and the robot stops. • Magnetic or inductive sensor supplied as option.
