-Pork or Beef Roast {we used a 6 1/2 lb pork roast}
-2 tablespoons each Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Minced Onion and Garlic Powder
-1 small white or red onion, cleaned and chopped
-1/4 cup oil
-1 large white or red onion, cleaned and chopped
-Water to cover roast

1. Add oil to large skillet

2. Add small and saute' until golden brown and soft

3. Combine all spices in a small bowl

4. Rub spices into roast

5. Add roast to skillet and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side

6. Add large onion to slow cooker

7. Add roast

8. Add enough water to cover roast

9. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
