Decided to finish up my workout week on some overhead and axle work, along with some high volume pull up work. I had my 3s week weight for the axle push presses and managed 7 reps, they weren't amazing but it's much better than I was doing before. after the main set I dropped the weight from 200 to 150 and did 5 sets of 10 to build up some real pressing strength. After that it was just a lot of work on the pull up bar and the axle. the workout wasn't too incredibly stressful and I actually felt much looser and less sore after the session. Tomorrow I'll be up early heading to Seattle with my boys Ben Seath and Cyal Christmas for Benny's USAPL meet. "his first session since injuring his back a little over a month ago. I'm excited to see what our boy can do. then I'll probably try to get my schedule back on track by squatting either Sunday or Monday.
