Ingredients:
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees
• 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 Chiquita bananas, peeled & sliced
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt
• 4 cups All Purpose flour
• 1 cup chocolate chips of your choice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Whisk on high. Add sliced Chiquita bananas. Lightly whisk eggs and add to sugar mixture. Once that is mix, combine flour and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop heaping teaspoons of mixture 2 inches apart onto silicone baking mat on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 16-17 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Enjoy!
