A lawsuit against President Obama et all regarding the indefinite detention clause in Section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012.which Obama signed into law January 2, 2012 Attorney Bruce Afran, co-council for NDAA plaintiffs, stated: "It does show that President Obama is trying to keep this law and doesn't want to let this go." The final decision should be in a couple of weeks. The plaintiffs in Hedges v.
