Screen International can exclusively premiere the first trailer for Benjamin Naishtat's 'Rojo', which has its world premiere in Toronto's Platform section in September 2018.

The film is set in the mid-seventies, when a strange man arrives at a restaurant in a quiet provincial city, where he starts insulting renowned lawyer Claudio. The community supports the lawyer and the stranger is humiliated and thrown out of the place. Later that night the lawyer takes a path of no return involving death, secrets and silences.

The feature is Naishtat's first since 2015's 'The Movement', and it will head to San Sebastian following its Toronto bow; Luxbox is handling international sales.
