A tutorial attempt that I made entirely from my phone for the forwards BTB 3 beat. You need to move your body A LOT for this weave! Take it slow as it's physically demanding and does take a while to build up the specific flexibility for. It's been 6 months of grueling practice with this weave and I'm still nowhre near as competent as I'd hope to be to teach it well, but this is the best I could do. Much love!
