Legal Graffiti Artists Kedre Browne (Bubblz)and Jessey Pacho (Phade), along with Debbie Holloway, 'City Life' photographer for http://TorontoSun.com watch on as Toronto Police Service Chief of Police William Blair escorts Ontario Lieutenant Governor David C. Onley to the podium for the official opening at the 12th Annual Crime Stoppers Chief of Police Dinner May 14, 2008.

Yvan 'Joey' Pedneault of 'We Will Rock You' performed a stunning version of the Canadian National Anthem immediatley after this video was taken.

Bubblz and Phade were invited guests of the Crime Stoppers Community Board Members, Chair Lorne Simon, and Dinner Chair Michael Baggs.

Bubblz and Phade worked with One Stop Media Group http://onestopmediagroup.com at the dinner showcasing their community building work through the legal graffiti art theme on YouTube:




A big screen monitor with a live Internet connection allowed Bubblz and Phade to show dinner guests how to navigage YouTube to find their videos that showcase their work.

At the 2007 Toronto Crime Stoppers fundraising dinner, graffiti artist PULSE, Viviana Astudillo, Rudy, and Michael Brown from the Harbourfront Community Centre Mural Project painted a portrait of the Chief, and a piece of art titled '222WERD' that has become part of the Toronto Crime Stoppers School program presentation to students.
