Ask me question, i will responded. NO WELDING NEEDED! look down for the list of items i used.

you will need the following,
22-23 bike tire
i used about three rolls of electrical tape due to chains, "(wouldnt use that if kept outside the entire time)"
plywood bigger than 26" then cut into circle
wood screws, depending on backets on how many/ i used 24, 1 inch screws
50 S hooks
8 of 8'x10' shelf backets,
rubber tubing atlest six feet, i used 1/2 inch tubing, stay within 1/2 to 3/4

18 loops chain. (inner) = 12 of them 2/0 straight link chain
20 loops chain. (outer) = 12 of them 2/0 straight link chain
i suggested getting stainless steel chain if full time outdoor basket (will cost more i didnt cause i take mine inside)
unbrella anchor
fence pole, or unbrella i suggest
wire to connect bottom S hooks around pole
possibly use PVC pipe

I went to a course and measure a hole myself you can do this, or go online and find the measurements, i lost my paper but if you need help on any measurements ask me, i do remember about all of them.

CORRECTIONS IN VIDEO: shelf backets there are only 8 not ten, and the wire around the pole at the bottom S hooks are only 1 1/2 inches away from pole not 2 1/2 inches

I AM NOT RESPONABLE WHAT YOU DO WITH THIS. BE SURE TO HAVE LET A PARENT HAND TOOLS AND HELP.

be creative and have fun making this, its a fantastic project!
