This meditation helps to purify, and clarify the mind. Did you know that our minds generate light? This light is able to be intensified to the point where negative thoughts, and emotions can be cleared. With this meditation you will magnify the light that is within your mind. This light is healing, and can even be life changing for some.

Some Tips

1.Try to do at least one meditation daily from MeditateZone.com. ( To get very desirable results. ) If you can't do that try doing it at least 3 times a week. ( To get average results. ) Of course your free to listen as many times as you like. The more you do a particular session the better you will get at whats taking place in that particular session. Soon you won't even need the meditation session itself to go into a meditative state and give yourself the experience and desired results your looking for. An example of this would be practicing the "Inner Peace Nature" meditation over and over again. In this meditation you go through the process of cleansing, strengthening and of course cultivating inner peace. If you practiced it enough times the visuals would become more vivid, and the beneficial energies you feel would increase. Over time you would just be able to think of Inner Peace or Nature and your entire being would start cleansing and becoming peaceful. At the very least you could see yourself in nature,meditate,cleanse and gain inner peace in 10 minutes without the assistance of the mp3! How cool is that?!? So I HIGHLY recommend doing at least 1 particular meditation from MeditateZone.com daily. Pick a favorite and do it everyday. Make your favorite your everyday meditation.

2.Drink lots of water. I know it might sound crazy but it helps big time. Meditation is not just about relaxing. Often times when we meditate all kinds of wonderful healing mechanisms are turning on in our body. Its important to make sure your body is hydrated so it has enough fuel for the bio electricity that is going on! If you can eat healthier that would also be a big bonus, but drinking lots of water is very key!

3.Pat on the center of your chest during a meditation. Again this might sound a little odd to you! But it helps in profound ways. The heart center often contains all kinds off pent up emotions, thoughts, and other things. Over time a build of these energies can really block the flow of love energy. This makes it difficult for the individual to then send and receive love to the maximum degree. So to help your heart center in its natural clearing process I highly recommend patting on the center of your chest "gently" while you listen to the meditation of your choice. Heck, you can even pat on the center of your chest here and there throughout the day and you'll start feeling loads better. Patting on the heart center will also help your heart to listen to the meditation on an energetic level. From there this will assist you GREATLY in taking the meditation to greater levels. I've seen this help people not only meditate better, but increase the intended benefits for the particular meditation they did this with.

4.You can lay down. Or sit up. Try to be awake if you can, but dosing off during the meditation is not a bad thing. Just allow yourself to be comfortable and relaxed. Being relaxed is a key part of making the meditation work for you.

5.You may need time to reflect or even rest after one of these sessions. This is actually a very good sign. This means a part of you has changed, and heavy pipes are being shifted and changed within your energy system, and even life! Sometimes the body, and mind need to reboot for a quick moment. So if you can, allow yourself to have a little nap after wards. =)
