Tom Hackett won the college football Ray Guy award for the second year in a row at the awards ceremony on December 10, 2015.
During Hackett's interview / acceptance speech, Chris Fowler asked him about playing footy in Australia and how he started playing American football, and Hackett said: "The main reason I am playing this sport is because deep down I am fat! I don't like running very far so running twenty odd yards on, twenty odd yards off is about all I got for ya."
Tom Hackett played college football for the University of Utah program. He is known for his Australian kicking style used in other sports. He was great at punting the football into the opponents inner 20 yard line.
