Video of predelivery checks of Merand Softy piston divider and RollerDual (moulder combined with excentric rounder) in one of Vanrooy Machinery's warehouses. These machines can be used individually and loaded by hand or can form part of an automatic bread line including intermediate proofing (see other videos on our site). These machines will handle a vast range of dough/ bread types from a standard Cob loaf or Vienna through to speciality sourdough loaves and artisan breads. This Softy divider has the pressurised hopper option which applies constant pressure on the dough providing even greater consistency and accuracy of dough piece weights. The exit belt is fitted with the standard pre-rounding shaping arm but has another option of a stressless preshaping into a lengthened 'sausage' shape which is better suited for moulding into long pieces such as baguettes.
The RollerDual is an excentric rounder and loaf moulder combined in one machine. The excentric rounder has been designed to replicate the action of a skilled bakers gentle hands in final rounding of dough balls into products such as round bread rolls, cob loaves & boule with weight ranges from 200g -- 4kg. Hourly output rate up to 2,000 per hour. The same machine can also be used to mould these round dough pieces into longer shapes to create other loaf types such as Vienna and even put into tins for sandwich/ toast breads.
