This is a short sample of the Forgiveness Guided Meditation written and spoken by Tara Morgan. The meditation is structured to bring you back into alignment with life. It does not try to condone or force forgivness for what has taken place but gently changes the listener's focus. It also helps to identify and clear stored trauma within the physical body.
