Patients with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) show ‘neglect-like’ motor symptoms, but perform normally on bedside visual neglect tests. Bultitude et al. show that CRPS patients have slowed processing of visual information on the affected versus unaffected side of space, supporting a neurological component to the disorder.
