Econo Lodge is an economy hotel/motel chain based in the United States and Canada. Econo Lodge is the second-largest brand in the Choice Hotels system, (choicehotels.com). It is one of the best known brands in its category and aims to provide affordable rooms to budget travelers. Econo Lodge properties contain a minimum of 40 guest rooms and are often located near interstates and major highways.

Over $600,000 in renovations and upgrades were completed after the property was acquired by the owner in 2011, including: pool, furnishings, electronics, carpeting, bedding, interior and exterior paint, heat/air, electronics, monitoring and more. After the improvements were completed, the property was reopened and has been continually operational.

In January 2015, the property received the Choice Hotels International flag and upgrades to meet Choice Hotels brand standard have begun and to date approximately 30% of the rooms have received the Choice upgrades including plasma televisions, lighting, bedding, fixtures and paint.

With over 1.5 acres of land area, there is ample paved parking and potential for expansion.

This is an interior corridor hotel, with three floors consisting of 58 rooms, including king suites, kings, and double rooms. All king suites on the ground floor have been upgraded to the Choice system.
