One day after attending a White House event, speaking at the Earth2Tech's Green: Net 09 conference venture capital panel, Foundation Capital's Paul Holland was asked "what is the latest from DC, what were you doing there, and how can we all makes some money off of that." Holland responded that recently he'd seen DOE adviser Matt Rogers who said he had $134 billion in stimulus clean energy funds to disperse. Holland said he later approached Rogers and told him he was "about to get treated like a hooker dropped into a prison exercise yard"
