Slugs: The Movie (trailer)

Before I go any further with this, I would like to point out that this flick is actually based on a published novel (Slugs, by Shaun Hutson). So, you see there? I do indeed champion the finer arts as well. So fuck the fuck off, okay? Anyhoo, "Slugs: The Movie" is nothing short of a major masterpiece of its sub-genre. Even if it is the only one entry. Say what you will, but I maintain that any director who can walk into a conference room and pitch a horror film about man-eating slugs to a bunch of studio execs and actually get the damned thing financed HAS GOT TO BE some kind of a goddamned genius. There simply can be no rebuttal. This thing is like "Jaws" on acid. Really, really, really bad acid. Score another one in the "win" column for J.P. Simon.
