Following the release of the previous single "Vamp Ash" which peaked at #2 in the Oricon indies chart, DuelJewel are back with their second single release of the year.

Entitled "Polaris", the single was released [2011.07.20].

The name "Polaris" has many different meanings, but the one I like most after researching, is that Polaris is actually the brightest star in the constellation Ursa Minor, and is also the current northern pole star. How about that ^_^

Anyway, back to the song, and what can I say about it? It's definitely another song to add to the list of DuelJewel masterpieces for sure.

Such a beautiful piece of work, I personally love the piano in parts, it really does add that extra emotion/feeling to the song...and as for the vocals, WOW!! At times Hayato looks like he's making very little effort when singing, and yet his vocals remain as amazing as always.

How these guys are still underrated and considered an indie band, I don't know, but yet they still seem to make music which easily rivals a lot of major bands out there.

Enjoy the video, and make sure to leave your comments people.
