Tom Sellers, owner and Head Chef at the hotly anticipated Restaurant Story, London, explains why he chose to work with Hobart Cooking Solutions when putting together his vision for his innovative new restaurant.
"Working with Bonnet to design each individual element was the biggest factor for me. I wanted to design a suite that works specifically for not only the restaurant, but the environment and the menu, and they worked with me and supported me in my vision -- the way I wanted the suite to look and feel and function. I think they get the balance of form and function perfectly which is again another major reason why I decided to work with Bonnet."
