Leslie Bliss-Ketchum, a Portland State University graduate student, worked closely with city staff in conducting wildlife passage research near Boeckman Road in Wilsonville. Using motion sensing cameras at the site and sand strips under the bridge, Leslie collected data on the effectiveness of the passages in reducing wildlife casualties and accidents.
