This is a story of PAID H1B fee Candidate in USA.
Hopefully this year also same like earlier out of 65,000 who ever paid H1B cost $6000 upfront to deceitful Indian Employers speaks the same way.
I have received an audio file on H1B fee asking from a company mentioned below.
The sender also sent one employee's details with name and contact number to call to verify whether they are paying him bench salary and what ever the so called CEO told on the phone. Archana (number 832-862-XXXX) only shared employee's details to speak to them before doing a H1B fee transaction.
I just called and spoke to him for about 5 minutes.
Mr. XYZ XXX-XXX-XXXX number of USA, says he worked 15 years in various nations and he knows the rules and paying H1B fee is not wrong, all are doing fraud and he wants to say "cannot" fraud and in fact all are using loopholes in the immigration system hence his employer took H1B fee as a training to him. Right now he is buy searching jobs and preparing resumes hence he cannot speak and I have requested him to send an email to my yahoo email id with proof of his payments and write about his employer good/bad. Employer is not paying any bench salary, no help so just searching his project on his own. His advice to H1B fee payable candidates is: If you have work experiences in India, pay and come as all are doing fraud so nothing wrong in it is his argument with me when I say paying is illegal and unethical as per USCIS.
I have asked him do you what is H1B and rules of H1B? He said Yes, he knows well but paying H1B fee is not wrong.
Indians in India paying H1B fee $6000 upfront to their deceitful Indian Employers in Texas, USA Heights-Global IT Services who is not paying bench salaries, no guest house, no resume marketing, nothing but the new H1B arrived defending his payments to them and searching for his own job. Then why do America allow such deceitful Indian Employers in USA who are violating all US Immigration rules in USA? Why do candidates pay H1B fee? Is it not a H1B SCAM where both employee and employer nexus and violating all USCIS rules in USA?
On one side Americans are displacing by Indian Companies, on the other hand Americans are displaced by H1Bs and H1B is SCAM where Indians Employers are charging H1B fee from the candidates, not providing any services and throw H1Bs haywire on streets of USA? WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS?
