Dennis the talking cat began talking as a kitten. It quickly became clear to his progressive parents that his speech was surpassing that of other talking cats in the talking cat academy. His big break came however when Dennis the talking cat was spotted performing with some crazy cats at a Jazz festival, raising funds for cats who can talk, cats who can not talk as well as funny cats who are funny in the head. After completing seventeen world tours with his band, "Dennis the talking cat and the talking cat, cat club", Dennis the talking cat finally made it into the top 10 greatest cat's in history list after the publication of his hard hitting novel, "If only my mouth would move," which won the Pulitzer prize. Exhausted, Dennis the talking cat took some time out to study epistemology at Oxford University before doing his masters in talking cat studies at Harvard. Dennis the talking cat is active in the political field, his grey colouring making him acutely aware of the persecution suffered by black, Jewish, as well as gay and lesbian talking cats. In fact, his advocacy work resulted in him having to stop talking for a while and having to go into hiding when his outspoken views left him in top spot of the top 10 most wanted cats on the Burmese junta's hit list. However, Dennis could not be silenced for long, and he began talking again resulting in the release of several Burmese dissidents. For this work, Dennis was awarded the Nobel talking cat Peace prize. In his spare time, Dennis the talking cat likes to lick himself.
