Pain is good Louisiana Style Batch #218 Hot Sauce by Original Juan Specialty Foods Inc. ( ) So far, I'm sold on ALL the Pain sauces. As usual, absolutely delicious, and the Burgers came out GREAT!!!

INGREDIENTS: Malt Vinegar, Habaneros, Cayenne Peppers, Water, Tomato Paste, High Fructose Corn Syrup, White Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Brown Sugar, Celery Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Seasoning Salt, Natural Smoke Flavoring, and spices, CONTAINS FISH

Definitely be sure to keep this sauce in the fridge after opening, but by all means, go grab a bottle. Thick and slightly chunky but with a nice consistency, this sauce packs some serious flavor. Fruity, Zesty, Smokey, and that fruity habanero flavor blended nicely.

I Love sauces that use different chili together. The Cayenne kinda grabs your attention quickly, then comes that warm climbing habanero burn throughout the rest of the mouth and the throat. Not terribly hot but fantastic flavor and kept the mouth warm for about 10min.

So, there you have it. Pain is good Louisiana Style, give it a try. I tell you no lie, the burgers were OUTSTANDING.
