With the NSA intercepting as many as 20 trillion communications belonging to Americans, they've created what can best be described as a backup server for the nation's entire store of communications. And according to one of the latest Snowden leaks, the NSA's database may contain evidence of crimes committed by Americans that have nothing to do with national security.
