I think this is the 'official' trailer that MGM/UA put out in the UK when they released 'Living Doll' back in 1990. It did well enough to get into the top 10 UK rentals when it was first released... which was pretty cool.
It's currently on release on DVD in the USA from the good people at Mondo Macabro.
