Let's talk about objections. All of us know that, without objections, there will probably be no sale. At the same time, many agents stress out over them. We wonder which one will be coming at us next even though most of us have not heard a new one in quite some time.
Objections should be thought of as questions that people raise before they make their final decision to list with us or to buy from us. It is possible to get to a signature on a contract without an objection, but that is not the norm. Let me present a 7 step process for dealing with objections.
