Are you unsure about leaving your child with strangers? Or would you like to spend a bit more time with your child without reducing your work hours? Here are two personal options that may work for you: 1. sharing childcare with another family (e.g. on alternate weeks or a couple of days each a week to enable parents to work part-time); 2. taking your child to work with you - integrating work and parenting/ family life.
