Didn't make it out climbing today so as a workout I hit my apartment building stairs. The step runners are concrete so the grip is good and works my callouses nicely. Campusing up and down the steps works nicely for some upper body working.
Next time I attempt this I will throw my crash pad on the little metal fence under the steps.
Quick and easy way to train when I don't have time to get to the gym. When I walk the dog later I will make a few more runs.
