Episode 6 is all about Fair Isle knitting using two hands.
In this episode (6.1), working on the knit row is shown as well as introducing a new colour to the row.

For Continental knitting tutorial, please see Episode 4 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zsp_Gv...).
For English knitting tutorial, please see Episode 5 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pexfmn...)

The most important tip for a tidy Fair Isle knitting is to keep the tension even throughout.
To do this, keep the floating strands at the back loose (but not sagging). Make sure to have one colour always on top of the other. This will prevent from tangling when unravelling the piece.

Happy Knitting!
