A fantastic video generalizing the reasons why ME3 endings are bad: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H_A7SeawU4
This is the third ending normally unavailable and since you have to work on it I guess it is adequate to say this is the ultimate ending.
However, all three endings are basically the same, a giant middle finger for whoever plays through the entire series. 1. The reason for reaper to terminate all organic lives is... "the created will rebel against the creator". I assume this means the synthetics such as Geth will become hostile to the organics and try to wipe them out. Therefore the best solution is, to wipe out the "creator" before they could create the "created" and get wiped out by the "created"? That really makes hell of a sense... and the fact that conflict between synthetics and organics is never really the focus of the game makes this reason more ridiculous (even in ME1 the Geth attacks not because they want to but by the order of the reaper) 2. Since all mass relays are destroyed, I guess all aliens helping to retake earth are trapped in the sol system. And since most aliens can not eat what humans eat, it means many of them will die due to starvation, how wonderful. 3. WHERE IS HARBINGER? The leader of reapers and old enemy of Shepard but makes no appearance in the entire game.
The game is good but the ending is like some crappy Hollywood movie, very unsatisfying.
