Shortly after I beat Ocarina Of Time 3D, I created a new file and kid link started off holding the master sword very awkwardly.

I noticed i had the master sword once i had 20 ruppes and i was close to buying the shield. I clicked B subconciously to cut grass and it worked! I had the master sword! i quit without saving and copied the file when it was brand new, and i could use my master sword the second i walked out of links house. So it seems like nothing caused it just a random (yet awesome) glitch and i wish i could take it out of kikori forest but mido is a jerk :(
It seems like nothing caused this to happen on the 2nd file for if i quit without saving and re accessed the as if it hasn't been played, i still had the master sword. The 20 rupees and running around had nothing to do with it, it just took that long for me to finally accidently cut some grass.

UPDATE!
We got passed the kikori guard and can continue the game with this amazing glitch! Thanks to cloudnintendo for explaining it in a comment and Daku93 for making a video on how to get passed.
